In the interim, we ask that forms be mailed to our VFW Headquarters.
**Additionally, due to cybersecurity concerns with unencrypted emails, we ask that forms be physically mailed and not scanned to protect your child’s identity information. We appreciate your understanding and partnership in keeping camper information secure.

Our 2026 Parent Handbook will be available on our website by May 1st, and will cover everything you need to know before drop-off day — from packing tips and arrival logistics to health procedures and how we keep families in the loop during the week.
