Camper Enrollment

Camp Trotter is a residential co-ed camp for kids ages 7–12. The camp week runs Sunday to Saturday.

Camper applications for the 2026 season are now available below!

Please print and complete the enrollment form and mail it as instructed to:

Our core mission of making camp accessible to all children means that we have yet to adapt to expensive Customer Relation Management (CRM) programs that many modern camps conduct enrollment through. We are aware of this inconvenience, and are seeking to remedy it in the coming years without deviating from our core values of affordability. In the interim, we ask that forms be mailed to our VFW Headquarters.

In the interest of child identity protection, we ask that forms be physically mailed and not scanned due to cybersecurity concerns with unencrypted emails. We appreciate your understanding and partnership in keeping camper information secure.

If your camper is being sponsored by a VFW Post or Auxiliary, or if you're applying for a scholarship, please include the appropriate additional forms with your enrollment packet.
